What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. In some locations, only express shipping is available. If any additional shipping charges apply, we’ll email you the details before shipping. We’ll only ship your order once you confirm the shipping rate — and if you choose not to proceed, we’ll issue a full refund right away.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
  • Asia & Middle East: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, standard shipping rates apply.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our Track Your Order page or directly through the carrier’s website.
